Inventory tracking                                                                                             

All incoming equipment is entered into the LSS computer tracking system.
 
                                                 
All tolerances are inspected and measured to determine reconditioning processes
 
 
LSS maintains and continually updates a computer controlled parts inventory on the premises.
Conputerized lathe
Computerized Lathes perform multiple operations from drawings making LSS a "one stop shopping” valve facility.
 
                         
 
Quality control inspection check points throughout the reconditioning process to verify applicable industry, as well as client specific specification adherence.
 
    
All welding procedures and welders are qualified and are in accordance with A.S.M.E. Section Nine.
 
 
API/ANSI Spec Testing All valves are tested with   
procedures that meet or exceed API / ANSI specifications.
 
LSS can apply standard paint, dimetcote, or special coatings specified by the client.
 
The final process; pre-shipment is the final inspection.  All dimensional specifications, serial numbers, trace-ability numbers, tag information, coating and packaging are inspected and verified.
 
Two(2) year warranty on all valves reconditioned or sold by LSS.
